Each package includes setup and breakdown, unlimited sessions during the rental period, customizable templates, and a friendly on-site attendant (for the 360 spin booth).


How much space is needed for the photo booths?
For the digital photo booth, we recommend a space of at least 5x5 feet. The 360 spin booth requires a space of about 10x10 feet for optimal setup and operation.


Do you provide props and backdrops?
Yes! We offer a variety of fun props and customizable backdrops to match the theme of your event. You can also bring your own props or backdrop if you prefer.


How long does it take to set up and break down the booths?
Setup usually takes 60-75 minutes, and breakdown takes about 45 minutes. We handle everything so you can focus on your event.


Can the photo booth be branded or customized for my event?
Absolutely! We can customize the photo templates, booth interface, and even the backdrop with your event logo, colors, or theme.


How are the photos or videos shared?
Guests can receive their photos or videos instantly via text, email, or QR code. For the 360 spin booth, videos are processed and shared in real-time.


Is the photo booth suitable for outdoor events?
Yes, but we require a shaded or covered area to protect the equipment from sunlight, wind, or rain. Access to power is also necessary.


How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially during peak event seasons. However, we can often accommodate last-minute bookings if availability allows.


What types of events do you cater to?
Our photo booths are perfect for weddings, corporate events, birthday parties, school functions, trade shows, and more. No matter the occasion, we’ll help make it unforgettable!


Can I rent the photo booth for?
We offer flexible rental options ranging from 2 hours to all-day events. Let us know your needs, and we’ll create a package for you. 


Do you provide an attendant during the event?
Yes, for the 360 spin booth, an attendant will be on-site to assist guests and ensure everything runs smoothly. For the digital photo booth, it’s designed to be user-friendly and can be operated without an attendant. 


Can the photo booth be used for corporate branding?
Absolutely! Our booths are perfect for corporate events, offering branding opportunities on photo templates, digital screens, and even the booth itself.


Are there travel fees for events outside your area?
For events outside our standard service area, a travel fee may apply. Contact us for a custom quote based on your location.


Do you offer any discounts for multiple booth rentals or repeat customers?
Yes, we offer discounts for bundling both the digital photo booth and 360 spin booth or for clients booking multiple events with us. Ask our staff for details! 


How do I reserve a photo booth for my event?
Booking is simple! Just contact us with your event details, and we’ll send you a contract and invoice to secure your date. A deposit is required at the time of booking.


What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule my event?
We understand plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policies are outlined in our contract. Reach out as soon as possible to discuss options.


Is the photo booth kid-friendly?
Yes! Both our digital and 360 spin booths are great for guests of all ages. Kids especially love the fun props and instant photo sharing.


Can I see examples of your previous events?

What if there’s an issue with the booth during the event?

Our booths are highly reliable, but in the rare case of an issue, our team is on-call to provide immediate assistance. For attended events, our staff will handle everything on-site.
